Running Accomplishments:

I've been running consistently for almost twenty years. I've done a couple of marathons. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

In 2016: At least 17 miles a week, 67 a month, 800 for the year

Sub 26:00 5K

Sub 55:00 10K

Sub 2:00 half (if I decide to do one this year :)

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run another marathon, maybe. Someday. If I feel like it.

Personal:

I love my husband and my four children and running lets me spend more time with them!

I have a terrible, horrible, miserable cold, and every muscle and joint in my body aches with a vengeance. I can't even sleep, I am so miserable. I will probably take tomorrow off.

I am not well. But I am so much better, I feel like dancing. An easy two mile run with Beckie and Brenda left me seriously winded, but my body doesn't hurt any more. I think I'm going to live.

I made Adam take it slowly. I've been determined to work in longer runs on occassion. It's been a while since I attempted more than five. This will have to count for this week. Maybe I can pull off an 8 or 9 next week. Or the week after :)
